Licensed/Registered in 48 of 50 states we specialize in commercial and industrial capital improvement projects with a focus in steep and low slope roofing and siding.
Position Overview Once a project is awarded to JRC the Project Coordinator will be responsible for all internal and external communication to ensure the project starts, progresses, and completes as scheduled.
Will manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities Data entry of jobs, schedules, and other information into excel spreadsheets and tracking software Complete Billing, Draw Requests, and Invoicing for new construction projects Track work completed, Calculate pay rates, and Request Payments for sub-contractor payments Create and maintain digital project folders for job specifics Monitor and update project schedules and track costs -vs- budget Facilitate meetings when necessary to distribute project information to team members Additional tasks and duties as assigned based on work load Skills and Experience Ability to complete tasks on their own with little direct supervision and/or direction Excellent written and oral communication skills Good knowledge of math, calculations, and data entry Critical thinker, detail oriented, good time management skills Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook Benefits Full- Time Salary Position Medical, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance PTO Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
